06. Ervin Jefferson

18-year-old Ervin Jefferson, his mother, and his sister pulled into their driveway and noticed two cars parked in front of their home. Ervin got out of the car to investigate, and as he approached one of the vehicles, which contained four women looking to confront Ervin’ sister, Curtis Scott, a security guard impersonating a police officer, shot Ervin in the chest. Ervin’s mother said that after Ervin as shot, the car containing Scott and another guard ran Ervin over.
