32. Anthony Ramon Baez

Anthony and his brother David were throwing a football around in the early morning hours of December 22, 1994. At around 1:30 am, their ball accidentally hit an NYPD squad car. Officer Francis Livotti ordered them to go home, but the Baez brothers refused, instead continuing their game in the opposite direction. Officer Livotti then arrested David Baez for disorderly conduct. Anthony protested the arrest of his brother and would not submit to Livotti trying to arrest him. Other officers arrived at the scene and a scuffle ensued, resulting in Anthony Baez being subdued to the point of losing consciousness. He was taken to a hospital where he was declared dead by asphyxiation.

Ah, the About Me section - social networking's excuse for you sounding like an elitist prick. Hmm... what to say? What to say?
