33. Marlon Brown


Marlon Brown should not have run from the police. But he did, and that’s why he’s no longer with us. After being pulled over for a seat belt violation, Brown took off, forcing officers to chase him. One of the officers, James Harris, pursued him in his patrol car, running Brown over and killing him.

No charges were filed against James Harris.
