Orlando Barlow was on his knees surrendering when Las Vegas Police officer Brian Hartman shot and killed him with an assault rifle. Barlow was unarmed. Hartman resigned before a Federal probe into the shooting revealed that Hartman, and other officers, wore T-shirts with the anagram “BDRT” imprinted on them — which stood for “Baby Daddy Removal Team” and “Big Dogs Run Together” — and had used excessive force during two separate investigations and lied about it.
