Arizona State University’s “Problem With Whiteness” course on race causes backlash

It’s a course that encourages students to examine how people talk about race, or how they avoid talking about race. I wish this class was offered at UNT. I would absolutely take it. I think that as a collective people, we can more constructively talk about race if we had a better understanding as to how, and in a world where we can all have a more constructive conversation about race, we can culturally face incidents like what’s happened in Missouri and Ohio better than we have.
